Inspirational Therapy

As a psychologist my goal is to inspire you to become an active participant in life and learn how to embrace meaning in every precious day, be it pleasurable or painful.

I also want to provide you with a method to help enhance your awareness of who you are and who you want to be. This method, which I call Inspirational Therapy,™ is built on the foundation of self-esteem.

Self-esteem is a clichéd term in today’s society, but its true meaning is self love and self-acceptance; loving yourself as you are, flaws and all. It means holding yourself in high regard because of who you are, how you live and how you treat others. True self-esteem is loving yourself enough to take risks, taking positive action despite your fears, and giving yourself permission to live with joy and passion.

Self-esteem is both the fundamental concept underlying Inspirational Therapy and its ultimate goal.

Through the usage of seven steps, you will take a journey of transformation, challenging your current self-perceptions and habits of thought, to a destination of greater more resilient self-esteem. The seven steps of inspirational therapy are part of a natural process that teaches greater self-awareness and persistent change in the way you perceive yourself and act toward those around you. By gradually moving through the seven steps you will build your own self-esteem similar to the slow, steady lasting way a bodybuilder builds muscle.

As self-esteem increases you will gain a greater sense of self worth and self-appreciation so that the quality of life will be remarkably satisfying.
