Hi Dr. Maurio... I just wanted to tell you I just finished reading your book "The Strength Within." It is such a great book I had to write to you and tell you about it. I decided to follow all the steps and I started my journal and for the first time in my life at 38 (almost 39) years old I finally feel like I can achieve things in my life that will make me truly happy. |

I am so happy that I read Dr. Maurio's book, The Strength Within. I feel like this is a Doctor that really understands people and the problems that we all face. I agree that the underlying problem is self esteem, and when it is not corrected a person will never achieve the things in life that are really important to them |
